A pending order is an instruction to buy or sell an instrument at a specified price in the future, once that price is reached.
A Take Profit order automatically closes your position when it reaches a profitable level you set. A Stop-Loss order closes your position to limit losses when the market moves against you.

Swaps (or rollover fees) are interest charges applied when you hold a position overnight. They can be positive or negative depending on the interest rate differential.
The spread is the difference between the buy (ask) and sell (bid) price of an instrument. It represents the cost of the trade.
Dividends are payments made by companies to shareholders. When trading CFDs on stocks, you may receive or pay dividend adjustments depending on your position direction.
